for companies lookink to set up business or open a plant just

Development in the Vexin, which lies in the western part of the county, takes place within the framework of a Regional Natural Park with space reserved
for high-technology businesses, laboratories and small business parks compatible with environmental priorities. Marines, Chars, Vigny and

of North-Eastern Paris.
The Oise Valley
Persan and Beaumont-sur-Oise, with their rich and dynamic industrial
tradition, are a source of balance of economic life in the North-West of Val d'Oise. Metallurgical businesses as well as state-of-the-art companies
combine in the development of this geographic region that provides areas zoned for economical activities thanks to the direct access to highway A16 that goes to United Kingdom through the Channel Tunnel.
The Seine banks
Sites along the Seine near Argenteuil-Bezons, Cormeilles-en-Parisis,
Herblay, and La Frette are ideally located providing rapid access to Paris
and La Défense. The industrial center of Argenteuil-Bezons is home to a university center, aerospace, mechanical engineering and a variety of
high-tech companies, as well as fine chemistry and plastics processing operations.
The Plain of France
The construction of the A16 highway (that opens the Val d'Oise directly
to the United Kingdom through the Channel Tunnel) in the center of the Plain
of France as well as the geographic position of this sector, explain the current development of the areas zoned for economic activities along the RN1
highway between Deuil-la-Barre and Domont and Montsoult, and around attractive cities.
The Val d'Oise Eastern sector
This sector benefits from an exceptional situation taking into account
the existence of the main road system and the presence of the ROISSY
CHARLES-DE-GAULLE airport (TGV - high speed train station, RER - commuter express
rail station). In order to answer the significant demand of domectic as well as international companies, the majority of municipalities prepare for expansion outside
their areas zoned for economic activities and join in the development of university establishments and training centers. The area between Le Bourget and the Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle Airport is already open for new businesses. The strategic area located
in the south of the airport pad is designed to host international businesses (head offices). The business park of PARINORD II welcomes
many international companies.
The Montmorency Valley
The Montmorency Valley is best known as a prime residential
area, but the areas zoned for economic activities located along
the RER provide with a rich base of SMEs specializing in mechanical engineering, plastics or electronics, and generally in all high-tech fields. The most important development areas located in the Western Ermont Valley, Sannois, Franconville or Taverny encourage the development of the new economic axis of the department.
